I've ordered chicken and broccoli from this Chinese restaurant a few times, and each time the chicken has been tough and undercooked. The rice is fine, but the chicken is not good at all. I placed an order at 6:44 PM, and the driver texted me at 7:44 PM saying he was outside, but he never arrived. I called about my order every 15 minutes after that, and by 9 PM it was canceled. I spoke to the manager, who told me it was canceled because I didn't pick up my food—but that driver never called me. Then he asked if I wanted to place another order and said he would talk to the driver. Are you serious? This is really disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, and I expected better treatment. The manager could have at least offered me something to make up for this mistake. I’m very upset about this situation.
I ordered food last Friday, and my sister found a bug in her meal. I definitely won't be going back. Additionally, there are people who come into the restaurant to sell weed and just hang out, and no one seems to address it.
My wife order sweet and sour chicken and caught food poisoning. 30 minutes later she had abdominal pain and diarrhea twice.
Great food and good customer service!
