I absolutely loved this restaurant! My husband and I shared the platter for two, and we both enjoyed it so much that we're planning to return. I've tried several places on City Island, but this one definitely stands out and gets a big thumbs up from me! View all feedback.
What freddy dislikes about Jp's:
Way way overpriced!!! Who in the right mind would pay almost double for same food they can get from either Loster house or Seafood city or Sammy . Way to much to charge for food that wasn’t that good. Save your money and go to the other restaurants mentioned. Pay less for better food. View all feedback.

Excellent service, food, and views. The portions are large so order accordingly or you'll have a lot of leftovers to take home. Glad to be here during their 40th anniversary!
I have been a regular at this restaurant for nine years now. The food always tastes great and is clearly fresh. The garlic bread is amazing and comes with every order!
I had not visited this JP's in at least 15-18 years or more. It looks EXACTLY the same. It has prime real estate on the island, but it is a hidden gem. The interior could really use an update. However the food is EXCELLENT. JP's is very pricy though but worth it. Our server was Great.
This restaurant offers a stunning view of the bay and serves the best seafood in the area. The drinks are excellent as well.
