Ihop - BRONX

I do like that there are some familiar faces still working there. But some of the staff seem to not be too friendly and want to just rush you in and out. That isn't what this particular IHOP is known for. If I wanted that kind of service I would've gone to a different IHOP. They do need to do some reconstruction on the place though after so many years, it is way too small, especially the restrooms

Lovey service, fast and convenience. I love the lady that was assigned to our table. She was amazing with such much experience.

These Double Blueberry Pancakes were just perfect and delicious! I am so glad that I decided to try it for the first time at IHOP.

The waitress was not very welcoming, seemed a bit preoccupied and didn't smile much. The service felt impersonal, possibly due to stressed out workers. The restroom was not very clean when I visited early in the morning, and there was no explanation or apology for the subpar conditions. This restaurant has too many faults for me to overlook. It's a shame, as it used to be a favorite dining spot for my family and me.

The food was excellent and the staff ensured we had everything we needed. The environment was clean and child-friendly - perfect for families. We didn't have to wait for parking either.
