I really like this place, friendly staff and delicious food!!

The roasted pork had no flavor at all and always fail to add the skin when ordered online combo didn't come with a salad either and for a family combo only came with 1 garlic sauce

Very salty price does not match up with quantity and quality

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The woman at the front was rude to me because she did not understand English, even though they are in New York operating a business. To make matters worse, she forcefully gestured towards the card reader and instructed me to scan my card as if I did not already know how to do so. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. Save your money and avoid coming to this place where the staff are miserable and impolite.

The service at this restaurant is amazing. I tried the Cuban Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. It was moist, juicy, and very tasty. I also had a happy hour drink (Blue Hawaiian) which was really good as well. My friend ordered the chicken Mofongo and couldn't get enough of it. She loved it. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming, despite its small size. They also offer hookah, which appears to be well-prepared. I will definitely try it on my next visit. I will definitely be going back.
