I was very impressed by the dedication the staff took in not only preparing my various coffee orders but how they treated all of their customers!

Consistently understaffed, this place really needs more than one person working in the morning. The lone staff member simply can’t handle everything on his own. We ordered our coffee through the app, but it wasn’t ready, and there were six people waiting ahead of us. He struggled to get the machine to start and then moved on to the next customer without addressing our order. It was a nightmare. Ultimately, we had to leave to avoid being late, which meant we lost our money. This review is directed at the owners to emphasize the importance of properly staffing the establishment. With the right team in place, they could boost business significantly and ensure a much better experience for customers.

The service was so quick that I ended up forgetting my pumpkin donut. The chai latte wasn't exactly what I had hoped for, but the company I was with was fantastic. Enjoying coffee and discussing our goals and plans for the business made it all worthwhile.
