Great pizza for non-Italians this deep in the Bronx. They are inconsistent with their closing times however. Great garlic knots as well! The chef is patient and the young lady is so kind and politely generous. View all feedback.
What Leah Mendez doesn't like about Brother's Pizza:
Prepaid at 11am for a 5pm delivery…my pizza was delivered 45 minutes late and cold. The owner’s son took my order and told me that 5pm was a great time since he had other deliveries to make earlier in the day. He also was making pizza without wearing gloves and handling money without washing his hands. I was not given a discount or complimentary garlic knots for my order being almost an hour late. Super tasty fresh slice of cheese pizza!! Very fast line, barely any wait, pizza slice for $1! A must try!
Very nice owner and superb pizza. Garlic bread was also delicious. Thank you very much! When we are around again we will stop by again.
Your friendly neighborhood pizza shop, always gives me an old school New York City vibe where they remember your face and name. Food always delicious, fresh hits the spot when hungry. The price is also reasonable.
I gave it 4 stars because of the price increase. It used to be $2.50 and now it's $3 and ever since it went up I don't go as much as I used to. I know if the owner reads this they are going to say it's because of the inflation and/or the companies raised their prices on the Ingredients but they also have to understand that as the prices go up, us customers are struggling as well as our jobs don't give us a raise in our paychecks either. Don't get me wrong, the food is good and the people who work there are very nice too and I have nothing bad to say about them but not the prices. The most I will do for a slice of pizza is $3 but once it goes up again then that's it, no more for me and it's official just about every pizzeria on Kingsbridge Road and most of Fordham is $3 a slice except for one pizzeria that still has them for $2 which I am thinking about checking out again until they raise their prices too.
