Earlier this morning, before 8:30am, I visited this restaurant and requested an item not listed on the breakfast menu. The staff was excellent and accommodated my request for a hamburger with onion rings. I had been craving a burger for breakfast and was pleased to find a place that serves them before 10:30am. I am grateful for the restaurant's service, as the staff was courteous, efficient, and attentive. I dined in... View all feedback.
What amy stephenson doesn't like about A A:
Dining in at this restaurant for brunch will cost you between $20 and $30 per person. The food is rated 4 out of 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4. You won't have trouble finding parking as there is plenty available, including a free parking lot. View all feedback.
First time ...food was good, service was great. Would definitely go back....
The people here are very friendly and personal. even if there was a very small mistake with my order (which they have dissolved in a second), I would come back because they can say that this restaurant is home and authentic. we came by today, and there was a woman who, after eating, complained about her order in register. for me, if they have a problem with their eating, they should say something before, not after they eat everything and expect them to supplement their meal. I'm sorry you have to deal with people like this, our eating was great, and you all make a great job.
My favorite place to eat had a little problem lately with takeout orders, if I order chicken wings I pieces of chicken wings if they could clarify that a chicken wing is a whole chicken wing or tell them that they only go to get pieces, it would be helpful that we complain others about this problem, I just came with my five chicken wings and they were just coming home. thank you. timotheus
Love the burgers, but so big can I never eat it. friendly staff.
My wife and I are fans of local business and visit them frequently instead of the big chains. today after leaving the dmw in bronson my wife and I decided to visit a a a a to lunch. When we arrived, we were told that we were sitting. we went and sat down. we were not given any menus or something. we sat there for about ten minutes waiting and then a guy sitting next to us needed a beverage refill and could not get to go with his meal. he stood up to get his refill and two menus for my wife and I, who are very beautiful and surprised us. we thank him and he said we shouldn't wait so long to be helped. three different waiters went from us, but none of them recognized us, helped us or spoke. a little later a group of six men came, who seemed to know a waitress. she met her table and told them the specials for the day and then ran a talk. we then had an older waitress who went from us and cleaned a table near. she went from us to get to the table and then back when she cleaned it and not yet recognized us. I then heard a dame sitting next to the door of the house and ask for a server that says that we only have an hour to lunch and we need to get out of order. I'm not sure how long they were sitting there. the older lady who went several times from us took her job. she then went back from us to put the order into the computer system and still did not confirm us. she couldn't even say I'm sorry if I was waiting for you or I'm right with you. then another waitress came around the corner that went directly from us to clean another table and she never recognized us. the older waitress had difficulty finding active dead on the computer system, so the waitress who went to clean the table went to help as requested by the older waitress. After she was finished doing this, she went on to clean the table near us. When she went back from us, she said louder that someone ordered her drink. my wife did not reply ma’am, but we are ready to order even if we can. the waitress indicated as rude and abrupt when she went on to not go, I asked after her drink order not to order food and went on. at this point my wife and I sat there for at least 15 minutes or better. the interesting part of this entire scenarios was the restaurant not busy. there were three tables except my wife and I. when the server acted as they looked at my wife and I looked at us and decided that we would eat somewhere, as no one had the time to wait for us. the same type that got us our menus, looked at us and said I don't blame you at all, how rude I found out later that the server that was childish and unprofessional was jennifer. jennifer didn't know we were standing up and going after her when she left our table. I'm not positiw that her name was jennifer, but that's what I was told when I called the restaurant after our departure. when jennifer was thrown dirty dishes into the bush tub, she said to the waitress in the register that the f_ing people can make my job better than I can, then they can have it that I heard it very clear and I stopped in my tracks. I was shocked that a waitress would speak so before the customer in the dining room. then the server in the register thought it was funny by laughing out loud. I said to jennifer, I did her job and I wouldn't mind giving her a few more shows how to better use her time and how to take care of customers without losing their spirit and curse her. I have let them know that I was general manager, trainer manager and district manager in the food industry with 15 years experience and that I worked in commercial restaurants with three tables for lunch. my wife and I went out. I called the restaurant, as previously said, to get the name of the waitress. When I spoke with the other waitress on the phone, I asked if jennifer was the manager and I was told no. I ask
