I stopped by for a quick drink at this pub. I was disappointed to find only 3 keg beers available, all of the hoppy variety. I had hoped for more variety, especially in darker beers, with only the night jar stout on nitro tap. The interior was not the most well-maintained, but it was nice to have outdoor seating. Lovelly small micro pub with great, friendly owners and proper real ales. Seems to attract friendly customers who will speak and chat to. A range of constantly changing ales! Love this pub!
I really enjoy going to 'The Little Ale House '. Always good beers on and often new things to try on draught or in bottles. Owners are great and plenty of friendly people to chat to.

My wife and I dropped in for a pre curry beer and everything about the place was wonderful. The staff were friendly and efficient the atmosphere was great and the beer was excellent. What more could you ask for.
Just a perfect place for a pint and a chat. No frills, no fuss, no music and no slots just good beer, cider and conversation. Bring your dog if you have one and ignore the one star reviews, anything less than The Savoy is not good enough for some.
