Domino's Pizza - Bromsgrove

We have ordered from dominos in the past and it has always been superb we love it,but have it on a rare occasion as it is pricy.Yesturday we took advance of the 'any pizza any size deal ' delivered for 9.99 this was the first time in months. I have to say we was very dissapointed it wasnt as amazing as it usually is,the edges were all burnt and the toppings were place randomly and uneven across the pizza,we also ordered thr cookies which i was extremely dissapointed in as they were burnt and rock hard.Again i was very unhappy with the purchase and can say it will be a long time until i order from there again gone down hill in my honest opinion.

Ordered two vegetarian pizzas as part of a meal deal with wedges and garlic bread for delivery never ordered from domino's before. The Girl on the phone was very professional , delivery man really pleasant and chatty. Got the order delivered within 30 minutes was hot. Pizzas were delicious so much better than a shop bought. Will be ordering again. Not cheap, but so tasty.

We visited Dominos tonight and order 4 large pizzas and 2 lots of chicken strips. When we ordered the food we was told 20 to 25 minutes for the food which was ok. After 35 minutes we did see three of our pizzas arrive but not the fourth or the chicken strips. When I asked about the order we was told it was on its way. We waited another 15 minutes, no pizzas arrived. I asked to speak to the manager. When I explained the situation he could not see the problem with cold food. Why I was complaining another customer also started to complain and he had waited longer than us for their food. We finally got a part refund and cold food. The manager also disappeared into the back and before we knew it the police had arrived due to a disturbance. The manager had called the police on us. I will be putting a full complaint into the head office.

Ordered 2 large pizzas Saturday. The worst pizzas we have ever had hardly any ingredients on them except a thick layer of burnt tomato puree will never use again

Very misleading online order.stated free garlic bread.This was a Tuesday and two pizzas for Tuesday was in my basket.it removed my pizza and replaced it with the garlic bread and they won't even help days after.Poor customer service!
