Coffee 2 - Bromsgrove

First visit in a costa in a time, hardworking young girl served customers, preparation of dine and drinks by herself. we waited about 10 minutes to be served 3rd in a waiting queue when she seemed to be lonely working. the assistant did her best after taking our order, in caffe for approx. 15 minutes a second colleague appeared, but only to clarify tables. Eating and coffee was usual, but well done, young workers who continued.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this Costa Coffee. The staff was friendly and the coffee was good, in a very generous size. I ordered a medium and it was actually quite large, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely know to go with a small next time. I visited on a Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. and didn't have to wait long to get my coffee. The place was relatively empty, as everyone seemed to be stopping in for their morning pick-me-up. The toilets were clean and there was plenty of seating. By 10 o'clock, the place was much busier but there were still enough seats available.

Just like all Costa Coffee shops, this location is convenient, air-conditioned, and reliable, albeit on the pricier side. However, if one is looking for a cheaper coffee option, McDonald's is always an alternative. In any case, they offer decent coffee, friendly staff, and a well-organized setting.

Great little Costa in the middle of Bromsgrove high street. Plenty of seating. It's surprisingly a very busy place (lots of 2 go's going on while I was here 12-1). Keeps up to the usual Costa standards. Clean, tidy and presentable. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Felt no pressure to rush my latte. Working o2 WiFi. Bonus for laptops and phones.
