Eating was very good and plentiful. service was excellent. we will return!

A lovely date at shampan the empty restaurant due to reserving close to closing time meant a speedy and more personally treated experience so that was a great plus point; friendly approachable staff who were always checking if we needed anything; and of course great food

Pace of service was a little slow possibly due to it being busy in run up to christmas but it was worth for the wait as the food was excellent. Shampan offers a number of dishes that are different to your typical local Indian restaurant including some well thought out fish/prawn main courses. Their lamb is always top quality and spicing is layered without the heavy chilli kick sometimes prevalent. All in all it is a little more expensive but much higher quality than the norm.

The menu is full of original dishes, well presented with a perfect blend of spices. The staff are attentive friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

Always a pleasure to eat at Shampan, the staff are always amazing and the lamb chops are out of this world!
