Saffron - BROMLEY

Bought a takeaway after a hard NHS nurse day. Food got delivered all packed in a plastic bag and a brown paper bag. As I removed the brown bag the handle broke and all the Dahl and curry fell onto the floor. Really upset as it has been a hard day at work. I called the restaurant and the man who spoke to me told me to call the uber driver for the spillage. It was ot him who put the food in the bag. The dual had been soaking in the brown bag. The man shouted at me on the phone insisting that the polish uber driver had been responsible for the the bag breaking. What horrible service disgusting

We had a disappointing takeout experience from this restaurant tonight. We ordered four curries - vegetable Bhuna, chicken achari - but the food lacked flavor and spice, even though we asked for it to be made extra hot like a Madras. The naan breads were dry and bland. Overall, we were very disappointed with our meal.

Indian Fusion, formerly known as Saffron, is now under new management. The restaurant is now owned by a completely new owner and has no affiliation with the previous owner.

Food is very good and good quality very nice service for customer thanks for saffron. Chicken deas karaki very good I’m coming back

Food always delicious but service usually rude and if collecting take away always total it up before you arrive- I have never not been overcharged, though they do reduce it when I ask them to total it up again there in front of me. The owner is also very pushy that you pay in cash and not on card... we wouldn’t go back except that the food is so nice!
