I ordered from the £5 menu and requested a change of toppings (no cheese and a gluten-free base) due to dietary restrictions. However, they were unable to complete the order as they were out of gluten-free bases. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a refund, but they were understanding and allowed me to change the order to something else. Despite being disappointed that I couldn't get my pizza or a refund, they were apologetic on the phone. Later on, I received my delivery and they included an extra pizza for free to make up for the inconvenience.
The service last night was excellent, as always. I placed an order for takeout and it was ready and waiting, piping hot and fresh from the kitchen, all ready to go. The staff are consistently efficient, friendly, and professional, clearly taking pride in their work. Another fantastic experience at this restaurant, with a well-coordinated team.
Anwar was amazing, he assisted us in getting the pizza we desired at the price we wanted to pay, and he was outstanding!
