I ordered the family 6 piece meal for £18.99, which was supposed to include premium chicken. However, I received 5 chicken drumsticks and 1 thigh. The large serving of mashed potatoes was less than half full. It was a complete disappointment, felt like they were cheating with their portion sizes and the quality of the food was below par. The fries were cold and soggy. I will not be ordering from KFC again.
Placed an order online via Just Eat waited almost an hour for a driver to be assigned all the while told food would be processed when one was assigned. After an hour I called several times even left messages had no luck so had to cancel as I needed to order something else for my kids and then get told I was charged the full price for cancellation which was £24.14. No driver had been assigned, no food was made and no one answered the phones yet I’m charged full whack. It’s absolutely ridiculous and disgusting I’ve tried contacting just eat too and I’m still waiting for another response as they’re saying it’s down to the restaurant. May I add there was only 40 mins left till they shut so I was worried about waiting any longer after waiting over an hour. I’m absolutely mortified and to me this is theft.
KFC Orpington High Street was always an unorganised mess. Since Jonathan joined the team it has changed for the better. Being the only KFC in the Orpington area it is often full of delivery drivers hovering about and pushing in the queue. Jonathan has installed organisation in what was previously a complete mess. Orders are now handed out promptly once bagged and the wait time has halved. Food is now always fresh and correct. It is truly amazing how one team member can make such a difference, but he really does deserve the KFC crown in Orpington.
