This review is terrible. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 pieces of chicken, fries, and a bottle of water. I should have checked my order right then and there, but I trusted that a well-known brand would maintain certain standards. However, when I got home, I was extremely disappointed. The chicken I received was two drumsticks that were extremely greasy to the point where the skin was falling off. The fries were soggy and appeared to be reheated, and there was only a small amount given. I paid 5.49 for food that was worth no more than £1.
I recently visited the KFC in West Wickham to pick up a takeaway from their drive-thru. I don't usually have takeaways, but decided to treat myself. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. It seemed like little time or care was put into preparing it, as there was only a small amount of chicken and it lacked flavor. I regret not making my own meal at home and saving both money and time.

After calling to complain, I was told to come back and they would redo my order. However, the process was disorganized and took much longer than expected. The staff seemed to struggle with basic instructions and communication. Despite receiving extra food as compensation, I had to throw away a lot of it. Unfortunately, even after all the trouble, my order was still incorrect. I wasted 1.5 hours on a disappointing experience with fast food. I recommend checking your order before leaving, as the restaurant may struggle with complaints.
This place is very very dirty food very very bad if u go in then you will see what I mean after going to the toilet to wash my hands o my god This place needs shut down Bet u if visit this place you will never have chicken again
Greasy under cooked rubbish Chips awful, bad tasting, thrown away AGAIN Chain should be ashamed that they are using their name
