The service was excellent from the moment I walked in, right through to placing my order, enjoying my meal, and settling the bill. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the portion sizes were generous, making it feel like great value for money. The seating was comfortable, and I appreciated the decor. Saying the noise level is simply 'energetic ' is silly. Most of the noise was the product of incredibly loud air conditioning. House wine very expensive. Some starters just too big to enjoy View all feedback.
We went on a busy Saturday night. The food was delicious and the service good at the beginning of the evening. There was live music (which was good) and the place seemed to be full by mid evening. The staff sang happy birthday three or four times to various tables this is obviously very popular! But it did mean the staff were run off their feet so as the evening got busier so the service slowed down. Overall it was a good evening, the food was good and the staff were really friendly and I would definitely eat there again, but probably on a quieter evening as my partner found it difficult to hear and join in the conversation once it was really busy.
The customer service was outstanding. The food- amazing! A great dining experience as always.
A good atmosphere with live music and friendly staff, although I came primarily to eat but it seemed they were more concerned with serenading their guests than adequate seasoning. Most bland bulgar wheat I've ever had!
The staff were super accommodating agreeing to make me a meal 'off menu '. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and authentic feel. Will be back soon!
Fantastic food and service. We returned after a visit with a larger group the week before and the food was still excellent. The staff were very friendly with children and the live music was great. The kitchen was very accomodating my son requested the lamb beyti as a child's portion which they did just for him. It was delicious. We will definitely be back.
