I had an absolutely wonderful birthday meal at junction in March 2022. alex was wonderful, he was beautiful for 50 people, put out the restaurant to my table plan (and to allow a bit of dancing afterwards), organized welcome drinks and ran the whole seamless. many texts of friends on the following day compliment of food and tell me what a fabulous evening they had. well made alex and his crew this man knows the hospi... We travelled some distance for an occasion. Sadly the afternoon tea was very average. Sandwiches were fresh but fillings mean. Scones jam and cream were good. Cake selection very average especially the Victoria sponge. Don’t think it could have been cut any smaller. Tea didn’t arrive until at least half way through and there was no offer of refill of the teapots. Poor value for money. View all feedback.
Excellent service and food as always. Papillios is a favourite restaurant of mine. I have been with family, friends and children. We have always received a lovely service.
Had a fabulous Sunday lunch so tasty great service and a great host Sakir . Thank you for a lovely afternoon looking forward to our next visit highly recommended
Great atmosphere and friendly staff, the service was a little slow but they made a good effort with our family birthday celebrations
Loved our time at Papilio. Service was great and food was delicious. Will definitely be returning. Luigi was a great waiter and made sure we were all happy.
Delicious food and really nice service. The two of us managed to get through two and a half bottles with the lovely purées provided (peach and apricot I think and strawberries). I had the grilled chicken burger with chips and my friend had steak with chips. We had the same dessert of sticky date pudding YUM. It was huge so couldn’t finish sadly! Will definitely come here again it was thoroughly enjoyable.
