Efes - BROMLEY

I threw it straight in the bin!!!! I have never had such a poor takeout experience. There was only one sliver of cucumber and tomato in a large kebab. The meat was so dry because it had been sitting in a pot for a long time. When I called to complain, I couldn't understand the staff. Not good. The kebabs from Hayes are much better.

Although Efes has been established for a long time, the quality and portion sizes of their food have declined, along with their commitment to meeting the needs of their customers. In order to regain their former reputation, they must make significant improvements. Remember, customers have options, just as Efes does.

We live relatively close so have used Efes for both weekend takeaways, and for post night out munchies. Got to say I dont know what the negative reviews on here are talking about. My boys (and I) love their burgers. I've ordered everything from donna, to chicken shish and always found the food tasty, the salad fresh and the burgers cooked to perfection. It can be a little lacking in customer service hence the 4 stars, but if you want beaming smiles and a birthday song when you walk in, go to TGIs. This is a great local kebab house and as long as you dont expect anything else you will be fine.

I am surprised to see negative reviews down below. We absolutely love the kebabs from this place. We usually only order the chicken shish because I believe you have to be crazy to want a doner! The kebabs are freshly cooked in front of you, the peppers, tomatoes, and onions are abundant and perfectly charred, and the chilli sauce is spicy. The chips are also hot and not oily. There is nothing to fault here, they serve excellent kebabs.

Not been in here for a long time.And I have to say I wish I hadn't. I got a meat and chips out of there last night,and it was pretty bad.When I opened the box there was never a fivers worth of food in it. It tasted ok but the meat had chipping of bone in it,which I spent the rest of the evening trying to remove from my teeth. Never again.
