We Had a great night out here, really friendly staff and a lovely bunch of locals. Landlady was really attentive and ensured we had a great night out. We are not local, but felt welcomed and we wish we had a pub like this on our door step!
What can I say? Wasn't expecting much... but was (more than) pleasantly surprised. Hophead on draught and in excellent condition. Landlady was lovely, despite the fact that I am far from local. Very clean, nice decor, good music. Would recommend wholeheartedly. A pub the way a pub should be!
Everything was nicely prepared. The charcuterie board was a great starter, and the wine selection was excellent. The lighting could be warmer, though. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
