Was Nelson Santiago at Toast a mag?
Absolutely fantastic! The establishment is remarkably clean, and the customer service is top-notch. I ordered scrambled eggs with pastrami and potatoes drizzled with sausage gravy. The gravy, combined with the poblano crema, takes this breakfast to an entirely new level. The French toast, accompanied by orange butter, candied bacon, and pecan crumble, was simply delightful! Wow! Great job! View all feedback.

What Zakary Sisk dislikes about Toast:
Decided to check out Toast, and we were unimpressed. Coffee really wasn't very good. Ordered biscuits and gravy, and eggs benedict. Biscuits were not good, to the point where my wife didn't eat any of it and the eggs Benedict was not very good either, egg was poached hard as well. Only good part of the meal was the breakfast potatoes. The staff was friendly enough and had good timing. I'm guessing that it's the same... View all feedback.

A little pricey for breakfast, but service and food was excellent!

Wish I had a photo of the Salmon Sante Fe Eggs Benedict but I ate it too quickly.

Foods was very good but service is very bad. Did not refill our drinks. Never check up on our to see if we need anything. Asked for a to go box, and never received. Overall this will be my first and last time!

My Mom is visiting and we decided to try out a new to us spot. The wait staff was very friendly but then it went very downhill. We were 1 of 6 tables. Not busy at all. We placed our meal of a salad with grilled chicken and a sandwich with fries. 20 minutes pased..no food (but a refill did come). 30 minutes..nothing. Finally after 45 minutes (and not one mention at all about checking on our food or why it was taking so long) we had to flag our server down to ask her to put our food to go now because I had an appointment to get to in 20 minutes (not expecting our salad and sandwich to take so long). Of course our food miraculously is finished right when we ask for it to go. My Mom was warned about how extremely hot her plate was and I immediately cringed. If you’ve ever worked in the service industry, you know what this means: your food has been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long. We boxed up our food and my grilled chicken was colder than my salad. Our server completely disappear after that (never to be seen again) and we had to ask some other sweet server if she could get our check cash us out. During all this the 2 tables around us both had issues. 1 table had their food remade where as the others food was wrong but said they’d eat it because they didn’t have time to wait. Sure enough, once we got into the car and my mom opened her to go box to eat, her sandwich bread was as hard as a rock and the pork in the Cuban was completely dried out. Mistakes and bad days happen but when it’s slow, there’s definitely enough staff on that day and people wait 45 minutes plus for lunch, while their food is clearly just sitting in the back, is not okay. Especially since I felt I just threw $36 (before tip) in the trash (my salad wasn’t going to last in my car while at the dentist). I definitely won’t be spending my money here again. There’s too much other good food restaurants around the city.

It has been 2 months since I was in Toast, we stopped going there because of how long they took to get the food to you, so we gave it a try again, but I'm so disappointed with this placeMy server was very nice but she forgot to put part of my order, I asked for syrup twice, they never came to fill my cup of coffee till I ask. Their egg Beneded. with chorizo was so small but they charge $14 I can go to big biscuit in their egg Benedict is worth $14, the pancakes so dry that's why I needed more syrup to make it go down, they apologize for having to wait more time for my food but they still charge me the full price, the table across from us they got the order wrong the people next to the other side also had some problem with there food. It was a nice place but they sure need to get the service and the food in order
