Starbucks - Broken Arrow

Some days they make it right and other days they fail big time. Won?t waste my time coming to Starbucks on Kenosha they make the worst drinks !!!! And than argue with you about what?s stander and not. Hello your drink don?t even look close to your so called stander picture every Starbucks has up !!!!

Cameron made me the best coffee last night! He stated he was excited to make my drink and it really showed. My order was perfect and so was his attitude. You can tell he enjoys his job and helping customers.

Probably my least favorite Starbucks?ever ??????????? I only drink one drink at Starbucks ordered a mobile pick up here and it was DISGUSTING ???? I turned around to tell the lady it honestly tasted like water was inside it. She seemed so aggravated at me. I mean I felt bad BUT I drink the same drink often, that?s not what it tastes like. So she takes the drink and says ?it?ll be awhile?. Now look, I get other people have placed orders too however, putting me at the end of all of those orders when on a technicality I ordered before them, because the drink wasn?t made right, is just absurd and poor customer service. It would have literally took 2 minutes. Instead she had me wait for 10. I get the next drink it?s not what I?m use to either but definitely didn?t have that nasty bitter taste the first one did. But just bad service. I take Customer Service seriously, this wasn?t it. If you don?t expect to have someone dislike a drink or two find another job. I will never use this Starbucks again.

I caught them at a busy time, yet the staff stayed calm, friendly and professional! They quickly and accurately were getting orders out even with the busyness. Amazing staff! Atmosphere is warm and friendly. Plus, the coffee and iced tea is great, of course!
