My husband and I always come to this sonic when we crave ice cream. Their customer service, ice cream quality and quantity have been consistent for the last year. Tonight they forgot whip cream for our order but didn’t hesitate to get us a couple extra whip cream containers for our blasts . Super friendly people. I finished my food before I even took a picture. My plate was empty, and my cup was full of a nice drink. The food was delicious! The only thing I forgot was to ask for mayo on my double grilled cheese burger; it came with mustard instead.
My husband and I frequently stop by this Sonic whenever we're craving ice cream. Over the past year, we've consistently enjoyed excellent customer service, along with generous portions and high-quality ice cream. Tonight, they accidentally left out the whipped cream from our order, but they promptly resolved the issue by bringing us extra containers for our blasts. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when it comes to our little whipped cream mishap!
Our waitress, Makayla, was amazing! Thank you for the excellent service! The food was delicious too! We can't wait to return and will definitely share our experience with others!
The service was quicker, and the car hop was much friendlier compared to some of the other places.
