Ribcrib Bbq - Broken Arrow

I had a chopped beef sandwich without the bread, paired with spiced fries. The flavors truly lived up to my expectations, and the rib flavor was exceptional. Since I currently live in Arizona, this is a spot I always look forward to visiting when I come back home. The atmosphere is lively, and our waitress was both sweet and entertaining. It's definitely a place to enjoy good food and have a great time!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! My server was outstanding; I mentioned a previous issue I had with an order at another place, and she assured me that it wouldn't happen again. The food was, as always, really delicious. There was a slight dryness in a small portion of the ribs, but it was easy to overlook because everything else was so impressive. I highly recommend this Rib Crib location!

It had been awhile since my last visit. Maybe 4 years. The prices definitely went up and seems they're still operating under covid processes with a good portion of the staff dedicated to curbside and takeout... maybe that's increased demand for Uber eats and other delivery services. Not sure, but I didn't like that they had people open my entire order (takeout) after being prepared in the kitchen. You're going through my food at a table in the dining room, which I understand is for accuracy, but you have to trust your kitchen and not increase my cost for someone extra handling my food. Especially when 4 for were standing there doing nothi g 75% of the time i was there. Also, unfortunately the sliced brisket was tough. Everything else was great. Thank you.

The service rendered was terrible. Hostess acted extremely cocky and like they were too busy to help, yet there were five employees standing around chatting. Asked to speak to a manager- also super rude who was condescending and exemplifies his staffs poor customer service.

My new favorite BBQ. The newly torn down and rebuilt building is wonderful. Love the Cribwich... Yumm I also have tried the Pigman... a three-meat sandwich... the pulled pork is especially awesome. I continue to eat here about once a week. It has turned into my daughter?s favorite BBQ? for the ribs. I?ll and some of my recent tries from the menu.
