The waitstaff were excellent, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was delicious, just like I expected.

The first time, it was less than an hour before closing time, so... read more I have eaten here twice recently and was very pleased with the food and the service both times! The first time, it was less than an hour before closing time, so the restaurant was fairly empty. Ian, my server, was attentive, didn 't make me feel rushed, andthe food was excellent I had the smoked chicken salad. The second time was on Veterans Day; I treated my Bronze Star veteranto his free meal as Rib Crib was where he chose to go. The wait was not bad (maybe 10 minutes), given the popularity of therestaurant. Our server, Sebastian, was great! My partner and I both enjoyed Ol ' Faithful, a delicious combination of pulledpork and tender smoked chicken, along with Texas toast, and a pickle. I chose mashed potatoes and gravy for my side, he chosethe beans. The potatoes were a little on the bland side, but some salt and pepper fixed them right up! We also each enjoyed aCrib Rita. I 've had great service and good food both times, and the restaurant was clean. This will be a regular stop for me!

As I currently live in Arizona, this is one place I always want to visit on my trips home. The atmosphere is fun and our waitress was sweet andentertaining. Definitely a place to go for fun and good food!

The quality just wasn’t up to the usual s... read more I usually have a great experience at Ribcrib Bbq and often pick up orders to enjoy on-site, but tonight was different. The quality just wasn’t up to the usual standard. The pulled pork sandwich was mostly fat—around 80%—and the cheese fries were served cold. If I had been late for my pickup, I might have understood the fries being cold, but I arrived just three minutes before my scheduled time, and my order was already sitting out without any heat. It was really disappointing, especially since I had been looking forward to something from their menu.
