While at home, I placed my families' order online. I waited in their designated parking spot for 20 minutes. I phoned the store to say I'd been waiting for 15 minutes. Immediately my order was brought to me, with several apologies, to which I said thank you each time. Once home, the Receipt time I noticed was 739pm. I called at 8pm after arriving at 740pm.
