Potbelly's Pub Grill - Broken Arrow

To be front, this is a bar, complete with smoke, loud music and billiard table. With this you would be pressed hard to find better food or atmosphere anywhere in BA. Our first time there we were treated as a favorite long-term denizen by everyone. The food was well above average in quality and value. Super cool joint, can't wait to be back!

We are down here for the Tulsa Open Bowling Tournament. Randomly chose this place. This is my kind place, local neighbor hood bar. What you see is what you get. This dive bar is Broken Arrow is now on our list to return.. The drink prices are reasonable, the food prices are better. And their food is, in my opinion, the best in the city! Smoking is allowed, but it's a bar deal with it. Personally, I don't smoke but my teammates do. So it was cool we could sit and talk and no one had to go smoke outside. Music is played a little loud off their low priced jukebox. We ordered the Smokehouse Burger $11 which in my opinion could hang with the higher price locations. Very well cooked and seasoned. I like the cream cheese mozzarella mix. Fries were crisp. Their special drink menu has some great drink names

Bartender wasn't personable and never smiled and salsa was terrible it had way to much garlic (I love garlic), but it overpowered everything so we couldn't eat it, we informed her but still got charged which is fine but not good business. Food was pretty good. We had an $80 tab and still tipped her $20 because she did keep our drinks filled and did a decent job.

Man, this place was pretty cool the first time I went a few months ago. It wasn't so great tonight. Service was almost non-existent. I thought that would change as they got less busy, but I was wrong. The staff were very friendly, but getting their attention or getting your oder within 15 minutes of ordering it seemed to be an issue. Food is good, drinks are okay (a little overpriced, but not terrible). I'll be back, but I'm the service I got tonight was a fluke. Will update/change my review if service is better next time.

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because of Randy. We have a group of 10 people in currently, it's a Friday night and there is hardly anyone in here. However there are 3 bartenders and none of them have been to our table. We are having to get up and go get our own drinks. This is ridiculous.... precisely why I would never bring a large or small group of people here again. Maybe if they weren't on their phones or would actually come out behind the bar to serve people it would make a difference.
