Every restaurant that has an app allows you to pickup at the drive thru. The KFC app does not allow it. The staff was rude while delivering that message. Deleted the app and possibly this restaurant. View all feedback.

Tonight was the third time I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget and received crumbs with only about five actual chicken nuggets. Absolutely disgraceful I will never come back to this KFC. They are lazy and do not do their job.
I haven't had Kentucky Fried Chicken for 8 years cuz it tasted bad. 2 days ago was decided to try it see if it's got any better. I've had bad p*ssy taste better than that chicken
