Fiesta Mambo Mexican Kitchen Rose District

My mother I went here 3 days ago after getting our nails done at the Rose District nail salon that is right next door. No one was working the front when we walked in, we only seen one lady waiting tables no other staff members in sight. It took a while for her to take our order since she was working multiple tables seating guests. They don’t serve alcoholic beverages, we were wanting margaritas. My cheese enchilada was cold and the shredded cheese on the inside wasn’t completely melted. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but if your looking for a margarita a fuller staffed Mexican restaurant go elsewhere.

They have great food. I have never ordered anything here that I didn't like. Love their salsa, the atmosphere is nice also.

It's so nice to be able to eat in a Mexican restaurant with many vegetarian options. I usually have to ask a lot of questions or for things to be prepared special for me so I was impressed with all the great choices. But most impressive is the ice. They have the best ice in their drinks.
