Upon arrival, the staff member didn’t acknowledge me. I figured he was busy, so I stood off to the side waiting. After about 10 more minutes of waiting, he handed the order to someone else who was already there. He then looked at me and said he was working on my order. I told him that was fine and stepped aside since more customers were arriving. I waited another 10 minutes, absorbed in my phone, when he suddenly yelled at me in an unfriendly manner to ask what I needed. I informed him that I was waiting for my order, and he snapped back, rudely demanding my order number. I reminded him that he had just told me he was working on it, and he got annoyed, saying he was too busy to guess my order. While I understand that he was busy, his rudeness on the phone and in person was unacceptable. It’s one thing to be rushed, but to be treated with such a bad attitude for simply waiting for my order? The food might be okay, but I’m not willing to deal with such poor customer service again. That was my last time ordering there; there are plenty of other places to get food from.
I ordered online and received exactly what I requested. Everything was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor! We asked for everything to be spicy, and it definitely delivered!
Got order wrong and refused to fix it. We ordered like $70 of food and they wouldn’t fix one wrong item. We were repeat customers but not anymore! Food quantity has greatly decreased as well.
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and I have to say, their General Tso's chicken did not live up to my expectations.
If you like Chinese food and you live in broken Arrow this is the best hands down Chinese food restaurant speedy service and everything's cooked hot fresh . It's super deliciousness ! Parking: 81 and Aspen
