I really like braums. But i get cold old fries 98% of the time. They hv really gd fries when they r fresh. When ordering fries i hv to say i want fresh fries. Wow. Should not hv to say that. Not gd customer service on that. So i pay for cold old fries. Sad! View all feedback.
