This time, I opted for a double, but it was missing cheese, so I had to add some at home. Aside from that, it was delicious and remains one of my favorite low-carb options on their menu.

F... read more I usually don’t write reviews for chain restaurants like Arby’s unless the experience is either really bad or truly outstanding. This time, it was the latter. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the fresh decor and how clean everything was. What inspired me to write this review was seeing a gentleman with special needs working at the register. Whenever I see businesses employing people with special needs, I gain a lot of respect for them and make a point to support my new friend in line. It’s heartwarming to see companies valuing every individual, especially those who are often overlooked. Having been involved with Special Olympics and worked as a music teacher with autistic students, I can say that many individuals with special needs are some of the kindest and most remarkable people you’ll meet. Thank you, Arby’s, for brightening people’s days—whether you’re behind the counter or in front of it. You have all my smiles!

What a waste of $5. *Update* They contacted me saying they wanted to fix the issue, but when I replied, I never heard back. Don’t email me promising to resolve the problem and then ignore my response. That not only makes your team look bad but also wasted more of my time!
