Mcdonald's - Brodhead

The hygiene was quite disappointing. My wife and I ordered dinner tonight, and the fries were undercooked, plus I found hair in my burger. Normally, this McDonald's is decent, but recently the service has really declined, and the food is often either overcooked or undercooked. The fries are consistently overly salty, as if they've dumped an entire bottle of salt on them.

I have visited this restaurant numerous times, and the service is typically excellent. During peak hours, the food might take a bit longer to arrive, but that's to be expected. If there are ever any issues with an order, they are promptly addressed.

You know, the place isn’t great, but it always delivers what I expect: fries, nuggets, honey BBQ sauce, and an orange juice. It doesn’t matter how good or bad it is—it's still classic McDonald's. The staff often seem a bit out of it, but that’s alright—I can relate! They don’t seem to enjoy their jobs much, so I don’t really expect them to go above and beyond. The ice cream machine is probably broken at the moment, too, haha. But they do have the best cookies, and if you ask them to make some fresh, they will! Overall, I really enjoy coming here.

Everyone here is a fucking idiot. I waited ten minutes to get my order taken and no one did. There have been multiple times where they let you sit there for over 5 minutes and then when you ask them they try to cuss you out. Half the time their food is cold or sloppy. Nor is it made the right way.

Business is horrible takes forever to get your food with even no line if you come after 5 pm don't come here
