We went to the drive thru hoping to get fast food rather than going inside of the restaurant for quicker service. From start to finish the process.was about 12 mins. I thought that this was a very long process. The food order accuracy was good. Food tastes good. Server at window wasn't overly pleasant. Would likely go back if line up was shorter. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Stopped to grab lunch on our break about a week ago... will likely avoid in the future... it took the employee at the register almost 10 minutes just to come take our orders, and she forgot my cup for my drink... my coworker's order came incorrect, and it took us almost a half hour from when we came in to when we got to order and get our food. The restaurant staff demonstrated exceptional respect towards each other and their guests. It was a remarkable experience overall.

I visited Wendy’s in Brockville and it was quite a letdown! The line was long and moved very slowly, and the cashier seemed unsure of what to do. To make matters worse, one of my orders was missing fries, and there was no fork for the poutine! The burger patty on my bun was the size of a toonie. They really need to improve their service; otherwise, they risk losing customers!
The manager Stacy is the worst kind of person. I hope the higher up management puts an end to her tyranny.
The apple pecan salad with blue cheese is a super choice if you are on the healthy eating train!
