Starbucks - Brockville

Visiting from and stopped here. Lovely starbucks with even more lovely workers! Katie was provided us phenomenal customer service and was very friendly.

Very busy location as it is the only one in Brockville!!! Very friendly staff and a large variety of beverages...seems like more than offered in Ottawa! Well stocked and relatively clean, considering the traffic. It is located just minutes off the 401. Caramel Frappacino and Café Vanilla Frappacino tastes somewhat bitter, so that is a shame. Must be in the execution of the recipe! Nice outside patio, though there is A lot of vehicle traffic. A nice breeze today so the air is good. I do not imagine it would be nice without a breeze! Very creative summer decor throughout, which is fun and different from other locations. An overall positive experience. Worth the slight detour off the 401 and much much better than the 401 rest stops as there is so much in the area for eating, shopping and banking.

I waited way too long for my drive-thru order and it was wrong when it eventually did arrived. Staff were friendly and took time to chat/get to know me though.

Driving back from Toronto we stopped here for a late night coffee. The barista was very jovial and courteous. She was well-versed with the offerings as well. Our drinks were well-prepared and very hot.

I was a partner (starbucks employee for 12 years in Toronto and never have I seen such a welcoming atmosphere. I came here visiting my parents and stopped for my Venti Cold Brew with Heavy Cream and it was made to perfection each time and the staff were charming and efficient.
