McDonald's - Brockville

Great! I have seen in a long time at 8 o'clock on Saturday morning! everything was perfect. the cash, the food, the fastness. all super, no sweat!

Horrible experience. Drive thru order Ordered happy meal: grilled chicken wrsp, no mayo and got the mayo. Ordered apple slices and recieved French fries instead. Ordered a book for the gift and got a toy instead Then ordered the mini donuts, 2 of each... And they didn't get that right either.... very very very frustrating We were miles away by the time we found out

I was driving towards Toronto from Ottawa and wanted to get some kind of a breakfast, found this place and they where still showing they serve breakfast. Waited in line and found out that I was 2 minutes over the breakfast time. They didn't wanted to serve me. I think that sometime, you should add a little bit of gray on a black and white world, and this can be one of the cases.

We managed to find this fast food place after coming off the highway. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was usual and regular but restaurant itself was full of annoying flies, very unnerving whilr trying to eat.

On our way home from Ottawa early Sunday morning, we had grabbed a quick bite before leaving but were getting peckish by the time we hit Brockville. We had our usual Sausage McMuffins and coffee which we received very quickly. This was early and the place was already busy, so others must feel the same as we did, but the most striking thing was the cleanliness of the eating area, everything was clean ad clear and did not take long to be bused after the table was emptied. Some locations still have food from many past visitors on the seats and the floor, not so here. This was a quick stop but it was impressive. Well done.
