Burger King - Brockville

I have a rodeoburger with these whirlpool rings and BBQ sauce in a meal. it was amazing. the journey was fast, the staff was friendly, the eating looked good when I got it, and my order was right. 10/10

That is the hammer king location was a pleasant surprise. we were looking for an almost food bite and this happened comfortably through the hwy 401 ramp. it wasn't busy too. the load manager was helpful to recommend the deal king that came with two small sandwiches. even if the kids meal has provided an activity booklet, the staff checked the back to confirm that they had run out of other toys. the interior was clean and seemed recently rebuilt. the immersion region was well spaced from one another. most people were in 30 minutes in and out.

Great place if they want a fast burger. my young people like the nuggets. we also enjoy the soft ser e as the milkshakes ice-cream cut. sad to see the jalapeño poppers of the menú.

They were short staff and occupied themselves with the car. the petite blond haired woman who took our order was remarkably calm, fast and efficient with our various order sustitutes. they made our meal/support more pleasant. Thank you.

So we went for milkshakes today... Yes the milkshakes are amazing at BK! What is NOT great is the customer service!!! I know everywhere is struggling to find staff, I get it, but if you're working with the public a tiny bit of kindness and looking like you like your job goes a long way! Acknowledging customers, actually speaking to them not just looking at them, we're not mind readers! I know times are hard but honestly I'll go elsewhere before I'll deal with ignorant employees like today!
