I’ve been visiting this restaurant for many years, and the staff usually provides standard service that meets expectations. There was one instance where the service was so poor that I stopped going for almost a year. However, today I felt compelled to acknowledge the outstanding service I received. The young lady at the drive-thru window around 4 PM was incredibly warm and friendly! Her eye contact and huge smile were refreshing and not something you often see in fast food service. Great job!
