The chicken is juicy, but some pieces were a bit too salty. The staff seems overworked; you can see it in their faces. I really empathize with them as they do their best! They need to hire more employees to help manage the workload effectively. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
When I arrived, I wasn't prepared for the experience. As expected, the staff had trouble finding my order, so I had to show them my online reservation. I had to wait for fresh chicken, but they only had old chicken available. It took so long to cook a new batch that I decided to go with what they had, and unfortunately, it wasn't good. The service was rather chaotic, with many people waiting a long time for their ord... View all feedback.
Not much about this visit. between the super slow long lines, the dame works theke screaming at the rest of the slow workers, their restlessness, the missing children's menu elements, no nuggets, only 2 aromen work at the soda fountain, the missing food we ordered, the price, filthy tables and not least flies flying over the dining room and at the order heke. also 2 of us (2 if 4,) who ate the eating got dizzying immediately after. unnecessary to say we will never eat there again.
Worst service I have ever seen. Actually, worst management I have ever seen. Customers irate and asking for their money back and to speak to the manager, but she wouldn't come out. Everyone could clearly see her through the mirrored glass. She let the two teenage kids at the counter sit there and literally fry, because they didn't know what to do, and they got zero support or direction. Plenty of jobs out there. They should have just walked out and called it a night. I ordered online an hour in advance, waited in line for 20 minutes to get to the counter, and the online order hadn't even been pulled. I waited another 30 minutes guiding them through putting my order together. Still no Manager. Just sat their behind the glass watching it all fall apart. Other DoorDash drivers waiting as well. It was just a mess on a slow Monday night. They couldn't find the coleslaw. You know when you can't find the coleslaw that is going to be a bad day. Monday, I guess. Once I left, I tried calling for more than an hour on my drive home. I feel embarrassed to need to write this, but I was told the manager is the owner, and manages a few Popeye's in the area. Tried to give comments online to the National website, and you should not waste your time. As a sidenote, the Popeye's that was across from Fenway Park was awesome. Always happy, courteous service, and now has disappeared. I hope those folks found decent jobs. All good things must come to an end I guess. On another sidenote, in comparison, you can make a complaint by phone to McDonald's or Dunkin Donuts or Chik-fil-a and actually come away from the call feeling like they were really concerned. I really wish I could have given the two counter kids a job, because they didn't deserve to be treated like they were being treated by management, or the customers.
Had to wait 45 min for order with angry people also waiting. Staff including manager seemed lost. No organization. I have been there several times with the same type of service. I will never go there again!!!
Will be calling cooperate on Tuesday because it’s the second time I’ve order and when you ask for condiment’s they’ll claim there’s no ketchup and sauces and they’re stocking them right in front of my face but for some odd reason they won’t give it me none nor try to explain why they can’t give it to me so I’m good with this location cause I refused to have everything dried.
Food is good but service is horrible- extremely slow. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a mobile order. Staff is very pleasant but not sure if they are understaffed or overworked. Management is useless and doesn 't know how to step in to help out. Definitely not fast food
