I buy Elies Bagels at my local stop and shop. These are the best bagels I ever had!!! After toasting, they have the perfect combination of crispy outside and chew inside. You are amazing!

I arrived 4 hours before my appointment and they loaded me in less than an hour. very good service!

My new favorite bagel! I found them at The Dollar Store, and I figured I would give them a try because I really wasn't happy with the bagels I was getting at Star Market. I love how moist and chewey these bagels are. In the package they are slightly doughy, but then toasting the bagel makes them perfect crisp on the outside with a slight bit of chew to the middle.It makes sense they are sold with a high mositure level, because toasting is the last step in preparing the bagel, like the bagels at Star Market are too dry, if the bagel started out perfectly dry, toasting it will just make dry toast, which isn't ideal for a bagel. Also they are the perfect size, slightly smaller than other brands, if one bagel isn't enough, you can eat two bagels.
