Chick-fil-a - Brockton

I have only been to this Chickfila location and I absolutely love it. It was extremely busy yesterday and it only took them 4minutes from the time I ordered to the time that I got my food. They are always saying my pleasure. The manager is almost always there greeting customers and making sure everything is running smoothly.

My daughter begged me to go here so we went thru the drive thru. Was impressed that there where 2 drive thru s and an employee at each one. Pulled up while it was my turn. The woman took our order after asked if paying cash or card. Pulled up and they confirmed order and gave it. Brought home was good.

I swear they overcharged us. My adult niece had never gone. Told her fries were to die for. She ate one said no salt and agreed they were awesome. I decided to get in addition to fries and try the mac n cheese. If I got kid tenders 2 and lemonade and my niece side salad with burger ? that it came put to almost 30 bills. I did get large fries. I wondering the price. The food is awesome a mushroom burger or impossible burger be nice considering I can't eat beef.

Order got obliterated. I typically think very highly of chick fil a as a regular. Two sandwiches not made to specifications, paid for different buns which is a forgivable mistake, however charcoal burnt meat and moldy strawberries in the SAME order is just terrible. Don?t trust me? Take a look.

Honestly, a bit disappointed as they usually exceed my expectations. The chicken strips were overcooked, dark brown and a bit greasy. I ordered 7 pcs and they were all the same, could not finish them. Also the fries were not crisp and under done.Service, though was outstanding, they just need to get it all together. I may be a little harsh as I was a fast food franchise owner.
