I order from here for delivery on Uber eats. Got the combo plate with a pork taco (flour tortilla), pork chimichanga, and shredded beef tostada. What I got was a ground beef hard shell taco and chimichanga. The plate was filled with so much liquid that my taco was soggy, fell apart, and was inedible. I actually thought they had forgotten my tostada but actually it was deteriorated in the liquid and also inedible. When I called the restaurant to complain I was directed to Uber eats. I let them know I was aware of that process but wanted to make sure they received the criticism for the positive development of their business. I was then told “I understand but contact Uber eats” because “when we hand off the food to Uber eats we can’t do anything about it”. Zero accountability or apology from the restaurant as if they did not cook the food and place it in the packaging. It’s my first time eating from here and I am highly disappointed. I ordered a taco salad that was mediocre at best. However, the reason I am giving this restaurant a one-star rating is because I witnessed a mouse running up the wall beside me while seated at the table. I was horrified and ran out of the restaurant screaming. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I strongly advise against eating there. I chose to have Mexican food for dinner tonight. We decided to go to a Mexican restaurant after shopping at Pet Supplies Plus. There is free Wi-Fi available while waiting for your food. The service, food, and atmosphere were all rated a perfect 5 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was $20-30.
