After eating at custom house many times throughout the years, we knew they would be the perfect place for our rehearsal dinner before our wedding! They were very very affordable and Michelle was so easy to work with! She even made us a custom menu that she printed for us! Waited an hour for a basic burger, chicken tacos and “custom sandwhich” (picture posted) which was a fried egg with sausage on rye bread. Came on a Sunday at 12. Food served at 1:00. Egg was too runny and didn’t even look like a fried egg. And who serves crumbled sausage as part of the meat option on a sandwhich? Burger was good. Chicken taco was decent. The strak dinner was served with old gamey grey steak... the service was ok but understaffed and a long wait time for a dinner for two and it wasnt busy at all...we both came home with stomache aches and didnt even want to eat our dinner. Terrible experience but a good place to have a drink by the canal. Oh and the wings were not great either...
They were out of almost everything on the menu, food and drink wise. I waited 2 hours to get my meal. Yet, I sat there and watch t the table next to me get seated and served their dinner writhing 30 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. Not coming here again. Terrible service.
