I ordered 2 famous bowls just now and a couple biscuits. I asked for butter and there was no butter in the bag and no silverware at all. Also we asked if we can put a drink of Coke to our order when we paid and they told us that we have to ride around againand wait in line. Never again

Wanted to order inside. I was ignored. Not happy with that. Looks likes their focus is drive thru. Which is cool, but what's not cool is having an employee look at you and ignore you. He could've said something, anything. That is bottom level customerservice. I am disabled with heart and severe back issues. I needed to use a chair to sit to help alleviate my pain. I had thechair next to the counter. I understand they where busy with their drive-thru. But the person that looked at me and ignored mereally upset me that I left.

Food good but the customer service is lacking the place lacks some warmth and friendliness. The atmosphere is not inviting at all cold and just awful... best use the drive thru if possible.

I recently went through the drive-thru to order three chicken tenders. When I got home and opened the box, I was dismayed to find just one regular-sized tender and two very small pieces that were even smaller than my thumb. This experience has left me quite disappointed, as I would expect a restaurant to serve quality food with appropriate portion sizes, especially when paying for it. I attempted to call the store for clarification, but no one picked up. My next step will be to contact the corporate office.
