What Rodger D'Amore doesn't like about Dunkin':
I ordered 2 coffees and a hot chocolate and received 2 hot chocolates and 1 coffee. I also ordered bagel minis, a vigilant packaging and hash browns. the bagel minis were cold in the middle and so were the ice and the sausage in the pack. the hash brown were over boiled and hard. I'm really disappointed every time I come here. I don't know why I was wasting my money. View all feedback.
One of the newer locations in the area. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. Definitely better stocked then some of the other Dunkin's that are inside a gas station.Parking: Parking is not the greatest due to all the gas pumps. It doesn't leave a whole lot of parking for customers going inside. Luckily the pick up window is utilized by most customers which helps with moving people out of the parking spots.
The young employees at this restaurant lack manners and are extremely impatient with customers who have waited in line for 20 to 30 minutes. I do not recommend this place at all. This review is specifically for the location on Main Street in Brockport, NY.
The customer service was excellent, with staff being very attentive and polite.
It is rare for the person to get the order correct, and then they expect a tip?
The fact workers have the worst code of ethics, even when full staffed. Disgusted!
