Starbucks

Not only is the food incredible to eat, the drinks are absolutely mind-blowing, and the customer service is the highlight of my day. The staff are so funny, nice, and responsive when I have questions. I have sat in to do homework/study and also gone through the drive thru, and all I have to say is it is a 10/10 in all aspects.

So much ice in the venti it was gone in a few slurps of the straw. Normally this doesn't happen and I'm done with the drink way before its gone. This time I didn't even finish my English muffin before the drink was gone. Didn't notice the ice was so high until the drink was gone. I just paid 10 dollars for a cup of ice. Not happy about this.

I can't understand why people frequent Starbucks. Perhaps, they think it cool. What, exactly, is cool about it? Perhaps, they think burnt coffee tastes good. Where would you get such an idea. FYI, coffee is not supposed to be bitter. Starbucks is a mystery to me. Why do people drag their laptops there to write something or other. Do they think they're being edgy and super impressive. Where did they get that idea? Get coffee at McDs and Starbucks and do a side by side taste test. You won't be sitting at Starbucks anymore showing us how cool it is to own a laptop. Ridiculous.

The staff is what makes this Starbucks the place to go! The food and drinks are always delicious too, very consistent.
