If I wasn’t mistaken I would’ve sworn they were... read more Walked into Pulp wasn’t greeted, waited 10 mins for no one to take my order, or furthermore even acknowledge me. If I wasn’t mistaken I would’ve sworn they were racist if not that just outstandingly unprofessional. Left out and went to Wayburger where I was treated like a human! And the food is outstanding way better then Pulp! Who knew A better experience was a few doors down literally!

Every time I order a smoothie, it turns out too watery, which hasn’t been an issue at any of their other locations. The quality of the smoothies has been consistently disappointing during my recent visits. Moreover, the service is slow even when the restaurant isn’t busy, and the bathroom was in awful condition the last time I was there. I really hope these problems get addressed soon. When I once requested a thicker smoothie, they simply added more sherbet, which wasn’t what I was looking for. I'm not sure if they're unwilling to use more fruit, but I definitely prefer smoothies that don’t taste like they've melted. The other locations I've tried don't have this issue.

I... read more The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. The place was clean, and the smoothie tasted great. HOWEVER, charging $8 for a smoothie is outrageous. I don’t mind paying a bit more for quality, but $8 is excessive. The cashier seemed hesitant to mention the price, and there was even a tip jar. I always tip, but I hope these hardworking employees are being paid a fair wage given the high prices. I won’t be returning.

I'm talking, I can see lumps of food from the waiting area. Must wait while 3 employees tried to fix an app for the order while I was the only customer there. If you place my order, they have entrusted themselves with it. A 4th girl working there, but not in service, came in to make her own smoothies. She continued to blow the blows on the ground and didn't disturb it. I didn't get a whole cup of my order. Will not be back, not that it is important for you, but if your revenues are, I would suggest having a superior.

As the girl was making my smoothie (she was a sweetie) the manager I'm assuming he's been there everytime I've gone, came up from the back with products he was unloading. He took the guys order behind me who paid in cash, put all the ingredients into the blender to blend then proceeded to make my wrap with the same gloves he's been wearing all morning probably- touching cash, register, multiple items NASTY! Whatever, I have a strong immune system I still started to eat the wrap then I found a hair, I'm disgusted and hungry cause that then went into the trash what a waste. Won't be back to this location. Also not the typical pulp cups they're just using white foam and putting a Pulp sticker on it, weird

However, I must say that management should be embarrassed for charging $8 for a smoothie. That's ridiculous, and I won’t be returning. I'm generally okay with paying a bit more for quality, but $8 is excessive. The cashier even seemed hesitant to inform me of the price. And then there’s a tip jar! While I always tip, I truly hope you’re compensating your hardworking employees well, especially with prices like that.

Thank you for completing your entire shift and providing quick service in preparing my smoothie and shot. You are doing an excellent job of upholding Pulp's reputation as a company, especially compared to the Independence location, which closed over 30 minutes early tonight. However, the management at Broadview Heights should address some bullying issues. One of the workers, named Cameron, was not very kind to her colleague.

I'm talking can see chunks of food from waiting area. Had to wait while 3 employees tried fixing some app forordering while I was the only customer there. Places my order then they busied themselves with that. A 4th girl whom worksthere but was not on duty came in to make her own smoothies. She proceeded to spill toppings on the floor and didn't bothercleaning it up. Didn't get a full cup of my order. Won't be back, not that it'll matter to you but if your revenue is down Iwould suggest maybe having a supervisor around.
