The flavors were incredible. This Chinese restaurant serves the best food we've had in a long time. We absolutely loved the chilli salt and pepper chips, special chow mein, ginger and spring onion beef, sweet and sour chicken balls, and Cantonese BBQ ribs. Everything was superb. The food was delivered promptly and was piping hot. We highly recommend this place. The lady who took our order was very helpful and provided 5-star service.

The crispy duck was decent, but the cucumber tasted like soapy water. The prawn crackers were also just okay after we crisped them up in the oven.

We waited over 2 hours for the food, c... read more Having been loyal customers of Tongs for a while we were shocked and disgusted with the attitude of the staff and owners. We waited over 2 hours for the food, chased it up 3 times, when it arrived it was cold so phoned again. Was offered 20% off next order but I asked for a partial refund instead. I could hear the owner shouting 'No! ' in the background. I said there wouldn 't be a next time and that they had now lost a loyal customer to which came the reply 'its OK, we have lots of customers ' Had the girl on the phone not been so rude this review wouldn 't have been written. Word of mouth goes a long way!
