I usually don't write reviews, but before a week after I waited for my drink, I'm going crazy about the manager to track and threaten him with bad tripadvisor reviews when he let them scan. of course he...did because he must keep the rest of the customer safe and follow the government regulations. because of this incident, it was worth checking whether such a review was excited (what it has) and balances it. this die... What User doesn't like about Starbucks Acle:
the restaurant is absolutely dirty. dirty dirt on the seat. dirty tables, even if it was not busy and the gents was absolutely disgusting and can not have had any proper cleaning for weeks. at £7:80 for two late I expect better standards. will not go back in there. View all feedback.
The service was great thevplace was filthy tables needed wiping food on the chairs we were going to drink our coffee inside but thought the car was a better place. all bins were overdue really not nice
Just like any other Starbucks except the queue was quite long, but its next door to a garage, so its probably always busy.... Same quality of service....good!
I’m gutted to say today was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Starbucks (by Debs), I was spoken down to and was made to feel like a nuisance in front of other customers. I always come to this Starbucks as it’s on my way to work, but after today I don’t think I’ll be returning and if I do I hope to have a more welcoming/friendly service. A coffee for me really makes my day, it’s my little treat which I look forward to, but after todays service I’ve left feeling disappointed. Debs didn’t seem welcoming from the get go when asking what would I like, but then I accidentally scanned my points card twice too quickly which she then huffed and looked at me and said “ohh now I have to start again”. There was no communication towards me, clearly because she was p sed off with me. She called her colleague over saying “the system has tripled the points because SHE scanned her points to quickly”. She served me on another till but when gave me my order still no communication, no thank you, no apology, no nothing. So rude! I’m so gutted from the experience I just had.
Staff are polite. Seating and table area are disgustingly dirty. Such a shame, it wouldn’t take much effort to do a deep clean once in a while!
Since I left here I have always popped in every so often and it's so lovely to see that that staff are still so customer focused, not just with me but with others too!
