is it the best, is norwich? Of course not. but as a local Chinese farewell he tick all the right boxes, his fast, tasty and cheap. friendly and helpful staff both via the phone and also collect. I don't understand that the personal are rude comments....it's a take. if you want a good service, then a restaurant (with higher trips and service fee) can be a better option. View all feedback.
What Louise O doesn't like about New China:
Ordered food at 5.30pm, was told 1 hour for delivery. Called at 7pm and was told food order misplaced and would be 20 mins. Finally arrived at 7.30pm. Wouldn't normally mind but was for a birthday party. Very poor service. View all feedback.

Have been using this Chinese for years and we love it, the food is delicious and you get lots of it. We even have relatives who come from quite far outside of Norwich to use this Chinese too as they loved it so much when they had it at ours once. Reasonable prices, highly recommended.
I literally just got takeaway delivered , it was pathetic. Food was cold and when I tried to call to complain I was insulted
Lovely food lovely staff great delivery always very friendly on the phone, I love the chicken curry, with orders 25 pounds or over u get prawn crackers free too thank you
How rude can you get. My order was wrong. I rang and man on phone wouldn't let me speak. He was right. But u just couldn't get word in. Will never use again as not going to be spoken to like that again, if people get treated like this business won't last. So check your order before leaving
