Then ended up with half a portion in... read more Menu changes without staff being trained on the ‘replacements’. Wrong order given so had to drive back and get it swapped. Then ended up with half a portion in the replacement. Can’t bear to look inside when at the drive-thru, always so filthy. Staff are clearly under trained. Whoever owns/runs this franchise needs to take a long, long look at themselves.

Abso... read more Went through drive thru, waiting over 20 mins for food and they just tell you to wait in the queue, cars parked everywhere and no orders being brought out. Absolutely awful

Was terrible, staff arguing with each other over making a Krushem which was half full. The food was cold and flavourless! The order was wrong when we got it and... read more Was terrible, staff arguing with each other over making a Krushem which was half full. The food was cold and flavourless! The order was wrong when we got it and when I went to let them know I was greeted with attitude and a half arsed attempt of being polite. I witnessed a staff member put their hand down the back of their trousers then carry on working without cleaning their hands. Would have also been nice to sit at a clean table, the store wasn’t full so I would have thought they would take initiative and go and clean something! Please don’t get me started on the disgusting toilets which haven’t been cleaned in what seems like months. Overall I think they need to employ some older employees or someone who can manage their staff! No respect for their jobs, hygiene or customers.

Wen I rang the store was told in a very rude manner is not my fault mate, who you calling mate lol. Can I have a refund was told no, so wot can you do then well nothing, ie you must deal with it!
