What User doesn't like about Yum Cha Cuisine Pacific Fair:
the restaurant has space for improvements. short staff, long wait for order, table too small for 5 people, chairs too low for large westerners, no rice bowls on side panels, all served on flat plates instead of bowls, quantity very small for the prices (compared), dimming sums have only 3 portions, while in earlier times, they had four portions. main dishes on the menu are small in the amount of salt pfeffer calamari... We really enjoyed the food! There were a few new dishes such as yarn balls and sweet cheese balls as well as traditional salt and pepper calimari and honey king shrimps that were all delicious and filled. My daughter chose it for her birthday and wanted to taste a deep-fried iceball for dessert. I wish they had written a radio in him or even a happy birthday in chocolate sauce or something. Otherwise the food enjoyed, but the personal menu knowledge could be improved.
The restaurant was so busy but the service was first class. Thanks for a wonderful experience Yum Cha Cuisine. The food was fabulous. We will be back.
My roommates and I love Yum Cha! This is our go-to dim sum place ???????? We also go here with expanded set of friends. We go here when they reopen around 5pm — less crowded, staff will be able to serve you better. ????
The restaurant has room for improvement. Short staffed, long wait to order, table too small for 5 people, chairs too low for tall westerners, no rice bowls on side plates, everything served on flat plates instead of bowls, quantity very small for the prices (expensive), dim sums have only 3 portions, whereas in previous times, they had four portions. Main dishes on menu are small in quantity salt pepper calamari had only 5 pieces, beans serving was hardly enough for 4 people. Not in a hurry to go back there. I have had dim sum at better restaurants. I lived in Hong Kong for 12 years, so I have eaten great dim sum dishes there. Restaurants on the Gold Coast need to be like Hong Kong.
The food was delicious and fresh especially the roast pork and chinese pork. The banana fritter and icecream was a beautiful way to end the night. Food came out quickly and we had a great night!
